7-day money-back guarantee
Within 7 days of your first subscription charge, you can request a full refund with no questions asked. Just reply to any billing email or write to support@cleanmyass.ai from the same address tied to your account.
How the refund is processed
- We process refunds within 3 business days of your request.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- For BRL subscriptions, credit card refunds take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement — that's the card issuer's timing, not ours.
- Boleto refunds require a bank account for deposit.
After the first 7 days
Refunds on subsequent monthly renewals are evaluated case-by-case. We usually grant a prorated refund if you cancel within 48 hours of renewal; otherwise the subscription stays active until the end of the billing cycle and then stops.
Situations not covered by the guarantee
- Abuse of the guarantee (repeatedly signing up, using the Service, then refunding).
- Chargebacks filed without contacting support first — these are disputed with the card network.
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current cycle. It only stops the next renewal. To cancel plus refund within the 7-day window, email support.
